The parent-teen relationship can feel overwhelming, emotional, and uncertain—I know because I’ve been there.
As a teenager, I struggled with emotional turmoil and unhealthy coping mechanisms, and my mom and I clashed constantly. But with the right support, we found a path to growth and mutual understanding.
Mentorship changed my life, and now, I help teens and their families navigate similar challenges. Through a blend of modalities, I support teenagers in identifying emotions, building communication skills, and achieving their goals.

I know what it’s like to feel lost, unheard, and desperate for someone who truly understands.

I didn’t need someone to tell me what to do—I needed someone who had been through it and made it to the other side.
That’s exactly what I offer teen girls today: a mentor who sees them, who gets it, and who can walk with them as they find their own strength, voice, and path forward.
Because no one should have to navigate this alone.

Emotional Regulation
Big emotions are a natural part of adolescence. The goal isn’t to change or suppress them but to navigate them with awareness.
I help teens develop tools to process their feelings, manage stress, and respond to challenges with resilience and self-compassion.
Sexual Agency
Adolescence brings a changing body and a growing awareness of sexuality, which can feel overwhelming.
Through education and open dialogue, I help teens build a healthy, informed relationship with their sexual energy and identity. Together, we create a safe space to explore boundaries, self-respect, and the importance of consent.
Executive Functioning
A clear vision gives teens purpose and direction in a time of constant change.
I help them define meaningful goals aligned with their passions and values, then break them into practical steps, building the skills and habits for long-term success.

About Me
For years, I felt lost in a storm of emotions I didn’t know how to navigate. I turned to self-harm, drugs, and boys—searching for comfort, searching for myself. I wanted to change but didn’t know if I was capable. The fear of staying the same was just as strong as the fear of failing if I tried.

​At my lowest, I wrote these words:
"They tell me to watch out for self-sabotage.
I don't know if I'm subconsciously doing it.
I don't know how to stop it if I am.
I’m so scared.
What if I won't be able to get better?
I want to…"
I know what it’s like to be in the depths of it—to feel trapped in cycles that seem impossible to break. But I also know what’s on the other side. Through deep self-inquiry, somatic healing, and a willingness to face myself, I learned to trust my ability to direct my life. Nothings perfect but, I rebuilt my relationship with my family, found safety in my own body, and now stand in a place of confidence and clarity.​​​

With weekly one-on-one mentoring, bi-weekly facilitated group conversations for both teens and parents, and 24/7 text support, you'll receive ongoing guidance to navigate challenges and foster meaningful growth.
Plus, gain valuable insights into how daily habits, including nutrition, impact emotional well-being. This program is designed to create lasting, positive change for both you and your teen.
Supportive group conversations help teens step away from screens and form real, meaningful connections. Through guided dialogue, they explore personal goals, adventure, and authentic friendship with like-minded peers.
At the same time, parents find relief in facilitated circles where they can connect with others navigating the challenges of raising teen girls—discussing topics like mental health, boundaries, and social dynamics.

One-on-one mentoring offers personalized support for teens who need focused, individual guidance.
Whether they’re managing stress, navigating friendships, or setting personal goals, these sessions help build emotional awareness, confidence, and self-trust.
Using somatic tools like breathwork, EFT tapping, and ritual, I support teens in processing emotions through the body—not just talking about them. It’s a safe, empowering space for teens to grow at their own pace and move toward the changes they desire.
